AGE is a leading coconut coir fibre supplier and importer in Pakistan, coordinating regular international sourcing of brown mattress fibre, bristle fibre and horticultural coir products against confirmed grade, origin, moisture, packing and shipment availability.

Technical classifications
Coir fibre and coco peat require different acceptance criteria. Each quotation identifies the product, grade, processing level, packing and inspection basis.
Cleaned and mechanically extracted mature-husk fibre for rubberized coir, mattress pads, upholstery, seating, acoustic layers and non-woven products.
Selected longer fibre for industrial and household brushes, brooms, street sweepers, marine cordage and other stiffness-led applications.
Screened coir pith supplied to an agreed particle size, expansion, pH and EC specification for growing media, nurseries, greenhouses and soil conditioning.
Product distinction: brown fibre is produced from mature husks; white or lighter coir is obtained from greener husks through a different retting process. Coco peat is the pith generated during fibre extraction and is traded to separate horticultural specifications.
Technical specification
Natural fibre varies by crop, processing and origin. Final acceptance limits are stated in the signed specification and verified using the agreed sampling and test method.

Classification note: Pakistan’s FY 2025–26 tariff places raw/processed but unspun coconut and other qualifying vegetable textile fibre under heading 53.05; because PCT 5305.0010 is specifically sisal and 5305.0020 is raw abaca, raw coir is generally referenced under residual PCT 5305.0090. Coir yarn is separately listed under PCT 5308.1000. Final classification, duty and taxes must be confirmed by the appointed customs agent before filing.
