AGE is a leading ABS resin supplier and importer in Pakistan, coordinating grade-specific sourcing of virgin ABS for injection moulding, extrusion and sheet, metal plating or painting, heat-resistant and flame-retardant applications against the producer datasheet, approved sample, packing and shipment availability.
Commercial grade families
ABS balances rigidity, impact resistance, surface quality and processability, but no single grade suits every application. Final selection must match process, impact, heat, gloss, plating, flame, colour and OEM requirements.
Grades selected for flow, gloss, impact balance, dimensional stability and colour consistency in appliance housings, electronics bezels, office equipment, consumer products and automotive interior parts.
Matched to sheet-gauge control, melt strength and thermoforming stability for luggage shells, refrigerator liners, construction components and other formed structural sheets.
Specialty grades engineered for surface quality, etching and adhesion in plated or painted automotive trim, grilles, door handles and decorative sanitary or consumer components.
Special grades evaluated where heat performance, flame classification, emissions, colour or OEM approval is critical. General-purpose ABS must not be substituted for a certified flame-retardant or automotive grade.
Producer sourcing: recognized ABS portfolios—including LOTTE Chemical, CHIMEI, LG Chem, Formosa Plastics and other approved engineering-polymer sources—may be evaluated subject to requested grade and availability. A producer allocation, partnership, agency or direct authorization is confirmed only through the actual offer and seller evidence.

The ranges below summarize broad commercial ABS screening bands; they are not universal or certified specifications. The selected producer's current technical datasheet, approved sample, test conditions and certificate of analysis control the contract.

MFR, tensile and impact results are comparable only when test condition, specimen geometry, thickness, conditioning and temperature are identical. ISO and ASTM values must not be treated as interchangeable without review.
Sourcing & logistics
Pakistan's appliance, electronics, automotive and consumer-goods sectors use imported engineering polymers. A fixed zero-capacity or 100% import-dependency statement should only be published against current official capacity and trade evidence.
Final payload depends on palletization, bag dimensions, container type and carrier limits.
CFR or CIF Karachi / Port Qasim, suitable FOB-origin offers and other buyer destinations can be evaluated. Payment may be structured through an irrevocable L/C at sight or mutually approved bank-supported terms under the signed contract.

Classification note: Pakistan's FY 2025–26 tariff lists Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymers under PCT 3903.3000, shown with 0% customs duty in that tariff. Other taxes, regulatory duties, anti-dumping measures, exemptions or SRO conditions may still apply. Final classification and landed-tax treatment must be confirmed from the actual product documents by the appointed customs agent before filing.
